Domestic Shipping Services
Show Hope ships to most locations within the United States as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and the U.S. Territories.
See below for more details on each shipping method. Certain methods may not be available for every location. Total delivery time includes the processing time until the order ships plus the expected shipping time for your order. All orders ship from our distribution center in Old Hickory, TN 37138.
Processing Time
For Standard and Rush orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) ET, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 business day upon credit card validation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
For Standard Overnight orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) ET, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Fed Ex the following business day before 3:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) ET on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday).
Standard Delivery
Orders shipped via Standard Delivery typically will be delivered within 4-15 business days via USPS without tracking information available. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. Please allow up to 20 business days for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
Home Delivery
Orders shipped via Home Delivery typically will be delivered within 2-8 business days via Fed Ex, guaranteed for delivery by the 5th business day after processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Please allow up to 20 business days for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa. Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on these orders, so please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
Express Saver
Orders shipped via Express Saver typically will be delivered within 2-8 business days via Fed Ex, guaranteed for delivery by the 3rd business day after processing. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Please allow up to 20 business days for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa. Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on these orders, so please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
2nd Day
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Delivery typically will be delivered within 2-4 business days via Fed Ex. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and U.S Territories will ship at the Rush rate and deliver via FdEx. Please allow up to 20 business days for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and the U.S. Territories. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa. Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on these orders, so please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.
Standard Overnight Delivery
All orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) ET, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via Fed Ex the following business day before 3:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) ET on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday). Next Business Day Delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service locations, visit FedEx.com. Next Business Day Delivery is not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories.

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to multiple addresses within one order.
International Shipping Services
General Information
Payment for the order is in U.S. funds. We are only able to ship internationally from the website to Canada. For all other international orders, please email .
Duties and taxes are not reflected in our prices. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Duties and taxes are assessed by the local government based on the destination. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may contact your local customs office or the carrier that delivers your package.
Order Information
All orders received prior to 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, are processed within 2 business days upon credit card validation. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person who placed the order once the order is shipped. Please note: Orders may be randomly selected for additional export reviews. In some cases, orders may take up to 5 business days to ship due to the reviews. Once an international order is submitted on the website, we are no longer able to modify the order. If you have a Show Hope account and would like to cancel an order that was placed, you must do so within one hour of submitting the order. You may do so by signing in and canceling your order in the "Order History / Status" section of My Account. Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs are not available on international orders. All undeliverable, refused or unclaimed shipments will be refunded for the merchandise amount after we have received the returned shipment.
Shipping Information
We offer Express and Standard shipping services for our international orders. Orders shipping International Express are delivered via Fed Ex International Priority service and are typically delivered within 5 business days. Tracking is available with International Express service. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes with International Express service. Tracking is not available with International Standard service. The shipping cost is based on the total purchase amount. (Please note: duties and taxes are not reflected in the shipping charges below and will be assessed at the time of delivery.)
Returns & Price Adjustment Policy
For your convenience, online returns can be made at through the mail. Merchandise may be returned if defective, or unwashed and unworn, with or without a receipt. All merchandise returns to a store are subject to a 24-hour re-stocking period. All sales are final after 60 days.
Mail Return Policy
To mail in your return, complete the Return Mail Form (on the bottom half of the packing slip), including "Quantity Returned" and "Reason Code" and enclose it with your merchandise. Customers should use an insured mail service, as we cannot be responsible for items which we do not receive. Shipping fees involved in making a return to the Online Store will not be reimbursed. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept COD deliveries. International customers should contact their local customs office for the return of duties and taxes. Send returns to:

Returns with an Original Sales Receipt
For returns postmarked within 60 days of the purchase date, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. A return/exchange receipt does not serve as an original receipt. •
Returns without a Receipt
Returns without a receipt will receive a merchandise credit for the current selling price, and will be sent to the shipping address on the original order. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted for international orders.
Exchanges:
A one-time exchange will be permitted on any item within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. Exchanges are limited to items of equal or lesser value. Please follow the instructions in the Mail Return Policy above to mail in your exchange. Please be sure to specify the circumstances of the exchange and what size or item you need mailed in return. Some common circumstances for an exchange are:
- You were sent the wrong size
- You were sent the wrong item
- You need a different size
- The item you received was damaged upon arrival
We cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange for will be in stock. In this case, we will follow the return policy and issue a refund for the original price of the item.
Gift Certificates and Merchandise Credits
Merchandise Credits may be redeemed for merchandise only, except to the extent required by law. Merchandise Credits are non transferable.
Price Adjustments
A one-time price adjustment will be permitted on any item within 7 days of initial purchase with original receipt. To receive a price adjustment for an online purchase, email us at , or contact customer service at 1-615-550-5600x112, or send your entire packing slip to Show Hope Online Store, Attn: Price Adjustments, 230 Franklin Rd, Suite 11JJ, Franklin, TN 37064. Forms must be postmarked within 14 days of order date noted on the packing slip. A credit will be processed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Price adjustments will not be allowed on some orders that receive promotion discounts. Online orders can only receive price adjustments as a result of a change to the price of the item at ShowHope.org/store.
